eRecruit is the web based version of WE-XSearch.

eRecruit allows Recruiters to be spread across multiple locations and collaborate on a real time basis. Reports can be printed and data base accessed even from outside the office if adequate rights are provided. Data is secured through multiple layers of security access checks. Outsiders cannot login to the database even if they provide the correct login / password !!

Candidates can search for active vacancies and submit their resumes on the web. The web forms are integrated to your websites style sheet (all forms extensively use css – cascading style sheets) -- a great tool for corporate clients.

Companies can post their vacancies directly and can access restricted details of candidates who have applied against their vacancies.

Staffing modules – Allow candidates (dispatch staff / temps) to post their timesheets (with overtime) and Expense forms online. The Client company can verify them online. The Recruiting Agency can post the invoices online for the client and also allow the candidate to see his /her history.
