History (Procedure module)

This module summarizes all events and communications held with every applicant, employees and companies, (business units) and vacancies existing in your database. It also keeps you updated of all your interviews and meetings scheduled with them.

 

Appraisal Module

Apart from assisting the interviewers in entering their review remarks, WE-XSearch appraisal module also helps in directing the thought flow wherein the reviewer can judge the candidate for particular trait(s) with trait specific criteria and ratings. Letter Genie

This module supports unlimited user-defined formats. So now one can generate Interview Call Letter, Appointment Letter, Regret Letter, Promotion Letter, Transfer Letter … any letter of your choice. All this will be supported by mail merge, which will ensure a drastic saving of time and effort as any letter may be emailed to multiple candidates through one template and in one go..

E-mail support

WE-XSearch also allows you to mail merge the desired letters with e-mail IDs of the candidates as well as the employees and companies and send it directly by the e-mail facility to  all the ids automatically and through a single process.

 

Accessibility/Login Options

Each user of WE-XSearch can be assigned separate rights of accessibility, thereby restricting his access to certain options of the software. This gives the super user or the administrator the power to protect the software from any possible mishandling.

Duplication Check / Linking

WE-XSearch has got automatic checks for data duplication wherein the key field data is compared and a warning message is generated automatically whenever such an aberration is sensed.

Store documents with each record  

A linking facility is provided to store documents along with the path and the description on the resume form itself (which can be viewed directly by clicking). This way one retains the original email content and the original document in which the resume was received. This feature also allows storage of documents (like offer letter, scan of degree certificates etc.) against each candidate or each firm (like company contract details) or each vacancy (like vacancy specifications).

Reports

An extensive report list which will satisfy arduous MIS requirements is provided. Further reports are in exportable (and email) format and can be easily ported to MS Excel.

Web page support

The WE-XSearch resume form(s) are pre designed and can be linked to your existing Web-site where an applicant can enter and submit his/her resume, the updation with your data server taking place on real time basis. This will also support retrieval of data using queries based on selective criteria.

Multiple databases and fully scaleable

Export/Import of Data
