 We offer :

·          Utility to port existing resumes / company or client details in a fixed format (excel, access or any other structured format) into our database of WE-XSearch 2003.

·          Utility which assists in capturing data from popular job portals (JobsDB / JobsAhead / JobStreet etc.) and directly porting fields of these resume to WE-XSearch 2003 database

·          Utility to port company (client) details from ACT to our WE-XSearch database

·          Web Forms allow candidates to post their résumés on your website and our utility accesses data from these web forms and integrates the same with your database.

Outsourcing data entry : Data entry of emails / rtf / pdf files in your bank is manually done by our data entry operators. By using our unique technology - Wonder Pad, both speed and accuracy are ensured. We will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement  (NDA) which will guarantee security of your data and make sure that your data is indeed safe.            

Charges for data entry are S$ 1.50 (US $ 0.90) per resume.    
Entry is done in batches of 1000 #. Accuracy levels to the tune of 99 % are maintained through stringent quality measures and because no ‘typing’ is done.          
We have successfully executed many data entry jobs for our clients and have entered more than 100,000 résumés.              

For Hard copy (paper format ) resumes, we will require either scanned images, or we can also scan the same for you, if you mail the paper resumes to our office in Mumbai. Since OCR does not result in accuracy levels of more than 90%, data entry of such resume will require far more manual work. For such jobs a charge of S$ 2.00 per resume will apply. Execution will be in batches of 500#.
